PARIS 2024 - Venue Transport Manager:
- Development of the access operational plans for 2 iconic venues : the Eiffel Tower Stadium and the Champ de Mars Arena, high level of complexity due to their city centre location and road events,
- Respect of levels of service offered to customers (Athletes, Federations, Olympic Family, Media),
- Participation in working groups and dedicated meetings with the IOC, the Paris police prefecture, the City of Paris and other stakeholders (IDFM, SNCF, etc.);
- Train and manage teams assigned to the venue (paid staff / traffic stewards), and Volunteers,
- Operations phase : manage the transport operations and the transport team at the venue,
- Ceremonies: team leader in the athletes transport team during the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
- Transversal topics : venue approach, micro-mobility, event management, security, HR, …
