I have completed my graduation from the University of Anna ,India with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation engineering. I am a self-motivated and progress-driven professional with a demonstrated history of working in reputed pharmaceutical industries over 10 years. During this tenure I have been actively engaged in various maintenance & project works. My career has enabled me to develop and establish skills in such key areas:

• Budget preparation related to critical instrumentation systems, procurement, and maintaining the same.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of plant by reducing downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment through man-material management.
• Installation, Commissioning, Calibration, Troubleshooting and maintenance of all the problems related to Instrumentation Systems.
• Calibration & Troubleshooting tools exposure (Multifunction Calibrator, High & Low-pressure calibrator, Temperature calibrator with IRTD, Multimeter & HART of makes Fluke, Yokogawa, GE &Emerson, Ametek).
• Foundation Field Bus, Profibus, Modbus protocol trouble shooting exposure.
• Working knowledge on Quality Management system- CCF Execution and closure, IR Report Preparation & Closure (tools used Why Why, Fish Bone analysis.) CAPA execution and closure, Calibration Planner Preparation and approval, Sop Preparation & approval.

7.Computer System Validation of Systems in the facility.

• Sound Knowledge in Distributed Control System (DCS), Data Acquisition Systems (DAS), BMS, EMS, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Direct Digital Control (DDC), and SCADA.
• Hands-on experience in Termination, loop checking, and troubleshooting of different Control Systems including PLC, DDC, and DCS control panels.
• Identification of gaps in the process and deploy innovative ideas pertaining to cost-cutting.
• Tracking of SAP complaints/notifications on a weekly and monthly basis and reviewing the same to reduce repetitive complaints by identifying the technical gaps in critical equipment/instrumentation systems.
• Preparation and execution of FAT, SAT, URS, DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ related to Projects.

13.Exposure in programming and installation of Variable Frequency Drives of different makes.
