• Proposed high level solution around shipper scenario, prepared Functional specification for enhancements, interfaces, conversions and forms.
• Worked on integration configuration like order and control key set-ups for transactional documents like sales order and delivery from ECC->TM
• Aligned with business by conducting workshops together the requirements.
• Worked on master data, such as business partners, locations, and transportation lanes, and set up CIF models for master data transfer from ECC to TM
• Worked on Change Management process and Incident management process within the SLAs set out by the Client.
• Good knowledge in Freight Settlement process and ECC integration to create Service PO and Service entry sheets and respective configuration set up.
