I have more than 3 years of professional experience as a trainee and apprentice in the legal departments of major banks, listed companies and international law firms, in the fields of corporate law (private and public m&a, private equity, securities law) and capital markets (equity & debt).
I have a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, which is one of the most reputable courses in French law, and which has given me the solid technical knowledge essential to business law positions.
