Established and led ICRC’s first global Evaluation Office, shaping a CHF 20m strategy to embed evidence-based governance and impact assurance across the organisation.
Led global portfolio delivering complex systems evaluations for governments, multilaterals and INGOs. Provided assurance on strategic delivery, governance effectiveness and risk exposure. Contributed to Executive Team decisions on resource allocation, growth and capability development.
2008 – 2014 Founder & Lead Consultant – Independent Consulting Company (Asia-Pacific & Africa)
Established and scaled an advisory practice supporting international development organisations and donors. Designed impact frameworks, evaluation systems and organisational change initiatives across humanitarian and social-policy environments
2005 – 2008 Global HIV & AIDS Coordinator – HelpAge International
Led global HIV & ageing strategy and advocacy across low- and middle-income countries. Built evidence base, strengthened programme governance and championed policy change for older people affected by HIV.
2000 – 2005 HIV Knowledge & Network Coordinator – CAFOD
Developed knowledge strategy and international learning networks. Supported programme governance and partner capacity-building across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
1998 – 2000 Assistant to the Director of Policy – NDCS
Supported national policy and stakeholder engagement initiatives, contributing to research and advocacy for children and young people with hearing loss.
