Supervisor of Tenders & Contracts Specialists team for France - Italy - Spain - Portugal
Perform post RFP audit with lessons learned and contribute to improvements of current processes with other departments.
Training of the Sales Team on the RFP Process
Referencing and technical writing of offers
Management of contracts and annual offers
Maintaining a database of competing cross references
Analysis of customer requests and implementation of sales strategies elaborated with sales team.
Transmission of technical and commercial information to the sales team, follow-up of customer requests.
Handling of incoming customer technical requests (phone and emails) providing advice to customers on consumables, chemicals, bioreagents, scientific equipments & instrumentation.
Validation, development and optimization of sample preparation and analysis methods
Work in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) procedures
Sample analysis, processing and interpretation of results
