I'm currently leading 2 Delivery Stations, Paris and Nancy, working with international and transversal teams.

I'm managing Day teams and Night teams in my stations, and I'm taking care of following of performances (KPIs) and the customer deliveries in both of them.

At the same time, I'm leading projects to increase logistic performance in FRANCE for Amazon XL.
