I will be the Airline's eyes on operations.

Supervisor operations flight back office - Saudia Airlines - Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Aéroport CDG

• Supervision of all activities of logistics and preparation of a plane check-in, boarding, ticketing, gallery, baggage, orders, tray meals, monitoring operations of rapid maintenance to secure the aircraft, take- off authorisations, etc
• Preparation of audits,
• Supervision of the services provided by the various suppliers

(Report in the event of anomalies), etc.

• organization of shuttles and hotel reservations for crews (sending of

GD generale declaration)

• Support to the IOCC members of all bases.
• Attends the IOCC member via telephone and courtesy calls.
• Report daily about incidents and delays regarding cabin crew.
• Reports to cabin crew department urgen situations and disruptions and follows up the incident.
• Analyses the inflight reports and monitors repetitive events and provides information.
• Ensure that the compliance, safety and security standards are met on all matters.
• Coordination with Crew Control and chief bases.
• Support and management of different departments (inflight, crew control, etc).
