• Close cooperation with Ardian’s global investment and product teams 
• Market intelligence and research on key investors, target markets and the competitive landscape
• Company internal tasks such as management reporting and client documentation

EuroLand Corporate assists growing companies and their shareholders in financial operations: Initial Public Offering, fund raising (capital and debt), market operations (takeover bid, exchange offer, transfer, M&A), capital restructuring.

• Performing financial analyses (analysis of accounts, preparation of financial projections, valuation)
• Conducting research work 
• Preparing and participating in investor / manager meetings as well as participating in the development of prospecting 
• Covering segment newsflow
