I have AWS environment working experience in multinational company.

Worked as System administrator (AWS Techops) and managing, deploying and designing the AWS cloud infrastructure through Terraform (IaC). Using GitLab for SDLC and CI/CD. worked on lots of AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Directory, Route 53, CloudFront, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, Athena, Azure Devops etc.

• Building AWS EC2 instances / resources using terraform.
• Working on Azure Devops pipelines (YAML files) automation (SSM agent, Qualys agent, Crowdstrike agent deployment and troubleshooting).
• Handling Patching on AWS EC2 instances and troubleshooting if required.
• Handling BAU tickets for product teams on issues relating to IAM, S3, Security Groups, VPC, Internet Gateway, Load balancer etc.

Providing enterprise level support different product teams within the organization on AWS Windows Servers (AWS, SQL, Application, File server etc.), managing 10000 on prem servers.

Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of SCCM and patching on on prem servers.
