Senior Account Manager looking for a career change in sports industry for a Sponsorship function.
Account Manager – Wavestone | Paris & New-York, France & USA
Evolution: business analyst (2018-2019), Account Developer (2019-2021), Account Manager (since 2022)
Wavestone is a business and digital consulting firm that supports organizations in delivering their most critical transformations.
Sales missions: management of Société Générale and BNP Paribas North America (Annual revenues: ~30M€)
•Design of sales strategy linked to the account’s problematic and Wavestone’s ambition
•Design and steering of sales indicators (forecast, pipeline, conversion rate, order intake, average daily rate…)
•Management of the sales cycle in complex environments with multiple decision makers
•Detection and qualification of client’s needs
•Redaction of tailor-made commercial proposals in coordination with consulting partners
•Meeting with CXO level contacts and maintaining close and trustful relationships
•Monitoring projects after sales
Former managed accounts: La Banque Postale, la Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Public Sector (Health Ministry and its operators) – Revenues bewteen 10 and 20M€ annually
•Steering and animation of a sales team of 8 FTEs
•Integration and trainings of new entrants
•HR Management and steering of related indicators
•Support of growing competencies of new entrants
•Definition and evaluation of personal performances
•Set-up of about 10 partnerships with non-profit organization for skills sponsorship
•Sales recruitment
•Organization of the sales seminaries
