Je suis actuellement en stage en tant que Coordinatrice Supply chain à Michelin. Mes missions sont les suivantes :
Intern in the supplychain department of Michelin in order to optimize the supply of the Nordic countries.
- SC steering rituals contribute to the positive Customer Experience and cost-effectiveness through:
- ensuring high level of supply chain performance (delivery performance),
- the support to SES OP stakeholders in the respective territories in the business steering and profitable MI offers execution,
- organizing action plans to fix or anticipate supply issues for SeS offers’ components,
- helping to maintain and create Supply Chain standards.
- The proximity and reporting to Territory DC and European SCM.
- In case of the Nordics, for the resource constraints reason the rituals of operational and tactical steering are not in place. The goal of the mission is to implement steering rituals in the Nordics by
- First, by making a diagnosis on the territory supply specificities, understanding the stake-holders needs,
- Then, by deploying supply chain steering standards aiming to control COGS components in line with the business activity trends (ie. Purchases, stock evolution).
- At the end of the mission, besides the rituals in place, we expect for the SES Nordics organization:
- to recognize the value of the supply steering in achieving business goals,
- to observe an improvement of maturity in supply steering.
