I am an experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in property management, business development, and process optimisation. In my current role at The Jacksonheim Property Group, I have contributed to a 5.5% increase in net profit, improved operational efficiency by 23%, and successfully integrated five tech systems to streamline workflows. I manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability, while overseeing three departments and driving their performance.
Previously, as Office & Events Manager at a start-up in Paris, I organised international company events, implemented automated systems to enhance communication, and managed HR functions, including employee onboarding and payroll.
Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience in hospitality, events, procurement, and travel management, which helped me develop strong organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. I hold a BA (Hons) in Events Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, where I graduated with First Class Honours (1:1). My studies provided me with a solid foundation in event planning, organisational skills, and business management, which I have successfully applied throughout my professional career. Currently seeking an apprenticeship for my masters degree in (Msc) International Business.
