Currently based in Europe as a French/American consultant, I’m very interested in this role — it aligns closely with both my current scope of work and how I typically collaborate with growing teams. My background sits at the intersection of "strategy and execution". I work with companies to improve and structure their Sales and Marketing Operations, not just by advising, but by building, running, optimizing, and reporting on systems and processes that actually get used.
I currently work with a Saas start up in the USA but my availability allows me to onboard another client. I collaborate closely with founders, sales, and marketing teams to:
Assess what’s working, what’s missing, and where friction exists Define a clear, pragmatic action plan aligned with business goals Implement solutions hands-on (CRM, automations, campaigns, reporting, workflows) Continuously improve performance through iteration and initiative Act as Hubspot Admin - Updates, troubleshoots, manage user and data Report back clearly on progress, results, and next steps * Focus on new AI implementation for enrichment, prospecting and nurturing I’m proactive by nature — I don’t wait to be told what to fix. If something can be improved, simplified, or better aligned between sales and marketing, I surface it and take ownership of moving it forward.
