This experience as the sole Financial Controller equipped me with the necessary tools to quickly meet the needs of executives and work site supervisors.

• Establishing a construction sites management file for work supervisors, analyzing costs and expenses for 6 work sites (25M cumulated contracts)
• Providing robust quantitative analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to facilitate executive-level decision making. Utilizing advanced Excel techniques such as the OLAP process and VBA, as well as industry-specific software such as RUBIS and Therefore.
• Developing detailed spreadsheets to identify trends and forecast figures, helping to facilitate future project selections.
