I am currently working at Comdata - Nissan as a Customer Service Agent. This position has equipped me with the knowledge and provided me with the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to succeed in any customer related industry.

During my time at comdata, I have been able to connect with our many clients and learnt how to best meet their needs.

At this stage in my career I am interested in expanding my professional horizons by seeking new challenges in the customer related industry as I continue to pursue my career in the industry.

My background in accounting has provided me with the opportunity to work with clients in a variety of industries. This has presented me with a diverse range of issues that have allowed me to develop my problem solving skills while effectively working with a variety of different people and software. I am able to work under pressure while being able to keep calm.

I am passionate about processes to boost efficiencies, client satisfaction ratings, and brand reputation. I would love the opportunity to take advantage of my training and expertise to create added value for Nissan.
