- Designed the Performance Hub by translating performance culture into a dedicated landing page within the Repco B2C website, supporting the migration of ~5,000 SKUs to establish a new performance product category.
- Partnered with Business Analysts and wider digital team to audit the Repco B2C website at a component and pattern level, identifying the most-used UI patterns and opportunities to improve consistency across the experience.
- Supported the development of a scalable design system, using insights from the website audit to help identify and define the core UI patterns and components needed for the CMS and e-commerce re-platforming.
- Contributed to the design of a new in-house AI chatbot by aligning research, business objectives and competitor analysis to develop wireframes for key use cases across 3 user groups (B2B trade, B2C retail and in-store staff).
- Designed landing pages from 0-to-1 and iterated existing pages to balance content, visual hierarchy and responsive behaviour, supporting promotional and marketing campaigns across the Repco B2C website.

- Established reusable, responsive website design templates in Figma, enabling the efficient redesign of 15+ websites across 50+ franchise brands, strengthening brand identity across Jim's Group's digital presence.
