I will soon be 19 years old and I am currently studying for a BTS in Hotel Management Restaurant Management. Motivated and having the taste of the challenge, I took part in the contest " One Of Best Apprentice Of France " where I arrived 3rd regional. I also took advantage of my training to discover different types of establishments : bistronomy, hotel restaurant, thalasso, creperie, wine cellar and especially in Paris in the starred restaurant Relais & Châteaux Pierre Gagnaire*** (75008) where I went for 2 months and which was a revelation.
These multiple experiences in addition to my diploma of Young Firefighter (which was useful to integrate the Fire and Rescue Center of Saint-Nazaire as a volunteer fireman) have reinforced my taste for rigor and meticulousness as well as my choice of orientation. Therefore I would like to continue and discover the management of teams always in this same field.
I would be very happy to discover the management in a hotel and to offer you my skills during a 3 months internship from May 1st to July 30th 2023.
I would like to put and develop my skills at the service of your company and your customers.
Following my first experience at the starred restaurant Pierre Gagnaire I discovered the very high end of the restaurant business, I would now like to discover the five star or the palace to complete my training and my future choice of professional orientation.
