Delaré Virtual Assistance - Founder

• Recently founded Delaré Virtual Assistance to help small businesses with social media management, graphic design, project management and general business administration and organisation.

• Worked in a French speaking office with an international team. Head of marketing for online recruitment. Created content to attract potential candidates. Managed, scheduled, designed, wrote captions and created hashtags for all Instagram content. Created video content on TikTok. Used Wordpress to write and upload blogs to website. Created and design all content for monthly employee and client newsletters (in French). Collaborated with an Influencer on a campaign. Ran ads on Instagram and Facebook (Ads Managers, A/B Testing). Used tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, META Business Suite, Slack, Asana and Google Analytics.

• Created social media graphics and appropriate mock-ups for clients. Collaborated with director of creative services and other designers to ensure accurate, consistent, and high quality output of print or pre-media artworks files. Worked with print reps for best price, highest quality, and appropriate support for each print job. Responded to requests for logos. Assisted, developed and revised company's marketing material i.e posters, brochures. Altered graphic elements as necessary or converting graphic elements into correct formats. Created graphic elements (photos, logos, icons) for internal marketing campaign use. Researched, assisted and presented new ideas for creative marketing campaigns. Created mood-boards, color-boards and trend-boards for creative projects.
