I am a postdoctoral researcher working at ENS de Lyon looking to make a career change from academia to work in industrial and business sectors as a data scientist with the aim to settle long term here in France. With the developments over the last few years in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence I am excited by the opportunity to contribute my skills, experience and talents to this world changing industry. I have five years professional experience working as a scientist which has involved working with a diverse range of data and I am looking forward to the opportunity to work in industry as a data scientist.
As a data scientist I would offer a unique background of highly interdisciplinary science, the ability to quickly learn new programming languages and software and excellent interpersonal and communication skills as evidenced by my extensive teaching experience. I believe my key assets is a high degree of neuroplastisity and a very deep and broad foundation in mathematics and science.
