I’m a builder and former founder who thrives on solving complex problems across finance, product, marketing, and engineering. My globe-trotting journey has sharpened my empathy and goal-driven mindset.
I hold a Chemical Engineering degree from one of India’s top universities, NIT Warangal and an MIM with a focus on Finance & Accounting from the prestigious ESSEC Business School, France.
I am a finance and strategy professional with a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School, specializing in Finance and Accounting. My experience spans financial planning, controlling, reporting, and business development. At Schoeller Allibert, I contributed to developing an €800M budget, optimized cost structures, and supported strategic planning through tools like the Hoshin Kanri X Matrix.
I’ve also driven business performance as a founder and executive, generating significant revenue and profit growth. My background includes collaborating with international teams, delivering data-driven insights, and enabling better decision-making across industries.
My most relevant training was during my apprenticeship at Schoeller Allibert France, where I worked as a Financial Planning Analyst and previously as a Junior Financial Controlling and Reporting Analyst. I played a key role in developing the €800M annual budget across 15+ countries, achieving cost savings through inventory and labor optimization, and contributing to the company’s 5-year strategic plan. This experience sharpened my skills in budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration while deepening my understanding of international operations and financial strategy.
