I began my career as a customer service associate in the global logistics department of Air Canada in 2018, where I developed a deep appreciation for how businesses solve complex customer problems. Subsequently, I joined finaxar, a fintech startup focused on revolutionizing MSME lending in Southeast Asia, as a business analyst. In this role, I leveraged my skills to create innovative lending solutions and improve internal departmental collaboration to streamline product operations.
