Evaluating borrower's financial condition: evaluate a borrower's creditworthiness by reviewing their credit history, income, debt-to-income ratio, current ratio, and other financial factors.

Industry research: understand borrower's business and gain insights into the current and future trends, opportunities and challenges, and competitive landscape of the industry.

Assessing risk: assess the risk associated with a loan by analyzing the borrower's creditworthiness, the purpose of the loan, and the value of any collateral that the borrower may offer.

Making recommendations: based on the analysis make recommendations to lenders regarding whether or not to approve a loan application, as well as the terms and conditions of the loan.

Conducting due diligence: conduct due diligence on potential borrowers, such as verifying employment and income information and checking references. Coaching new colleagues.

I am a graduate student at De Haagse Hogeschool Financial Management and Control, and will graduate in July 2023.
