Younes Baali

I am a Full-stack Developer at SFR, undergoing an apprenticeship program to obtain a Master's degree in Manager Dev Management at EFREI Paris.

My core skills include web development using React, Java, and CMS platforms like WordPress. I am passionate about designing innovative websites and web modules specifically tailored to meet the needs of clients and users. Additionally, I am interested in e-business and marketing strategies to increase sales, particularly in the e-commerce, B2B and B2C sector.

Previously, I worked as a Webmaster, or should I say Growth Marketer (yes, I'm a multi-role kind of guy 😊), at Sun & Spa, a network of wellness centers, and as a Webmaster at Substances Actives, a visual communication agency. In these roles, I undertook various web projects, from creating websites and management modules and improving user experience. I also handled the maintenance, management, administration, and security of websites, as well as SEO, SEA, and the integration of editorial, illustrative, and video content.

In parallel, I have led entrepreneurial projects 🚀, including website creation, and I was a partner in a web agency where I handled client prospecting, technical follow-up, cold calling, and paid acquisition. These responsibilities allowed me to develop a strategic and operational vision of digital marketing and project management, enhancing my ability to lead growth initiatives from start to finish.
