About this course

This course is for new fitness trainers working with different goals, experience and constraints. You will structure the first conversation, use a readiness checklist and recognise when to stop or refer beyond your role. In a session, you can explain setup, breathing, effort, regressions and a clear stop signal. This module gives a new fitness trainer a practical first-session routine for listening, screening within role, setting a safe objective and delivering a clear movement experience. This module teaches a practical method for selecting exercises, ordering a session, managing challenge, adapting to the client and recording enough detail for consistent coaching. Each decision is recorded so another session can repeat it, adjust it and explain the choice to the client. This module develops observation and communication skills for one-to-one and small-group coaching, including equipment setup, useful cues, feedback loops and respectful adaptation. This module connects session delivery with scheduling, equipment checks, records, privacy, client follow-up and ethical retention practices that make coaching dependable. The result is a consistent service that protects client autonomy and makes team coordination easier. The final module turns coaching habits into interview evidence, a first-month plan and an ethical development path for trainers who want to improve clients and the service together.
