Android Engineer | London (Hybrid - 2 days in office) | £80k - £95k

I'm partnering with a fast-growing scale-up looking for a skilled Android Engineer to join their team.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain Android app with high-quality, scalable code

Contribute to cross-platform development using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Compose Multiplatform (CMP)

Implement new features using Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers

Integrate REST APIs and optimize app performance

Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise)

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies

What We're Looking For

Strong Kotlin skills (Java knowledge a plus)

Experience with MVVM / Clean Architecture

Hands-on with Jetpack Compose, Hilt, Retrofit

Exposure to or strong interest in KMP / CMP

Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional team
