Application Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience developing applications using the MERN stack - Ability to demonstrate working closely with a service desk team - Solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and best practices - Experience or strong interest in DevOps, cloud environments, and automated deployment - Collaborative mindset with the confidence to share ideas and challenge constructively - Passion for building quality software and continuously improving skills

Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) - Working closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions - Supporting DevOps practices, helping to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system reliability - Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to code reviews and best-practice discussions - Troubleshooting, optimizing, and enhancing existing applications - Continuously learning and sharing knowledge within the team, helping us improve how we work together
