We are looking for a Level 3 Apprentice to join our team and grow into an Electrified vehicle Engieer. You don't need a CV full of experience or a university degree to apply. We aren't looking for the finished product—we are looking for someone capable of learning.
Gain a recognized Level 3 Qualification (equivalent to A-Levels) while working on real projects.
You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide your training and answer your questions.
Work in a collaborative environment where your ideas are heard and your contribution counts.
Build the skills you need for a long-term career in engineering.
You will test, diagnose and repair faults in electrified vehicles, both mechanical and electrical. You will perform maintenance acivities.

You will need a full driving licence. A manual license will be considered a bonus.

You will help customers, explain things to them, and re-assure them. You'll need to be happy interacting with others.
You will need very strong and clear written and spoken English.
This is a hands-on, active role.
You will need to be physically agile to access equipment in tight spaces.
The role involves manual handling, including lifting materials and using leverage to secure components.
Full manual handling training is provided to ensure you learn the correct techniques to do this safely and effectively.
GCSE Maths grade 5 or above
GCSE English grade 5 or above
Either a science or technology GCSE at grade 5 or above
Evidence of extra-curricular activities other than sports will be looked upon favourably.
