As a Claims Handler in our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, youll play a critical role in guiding customers through the claims processfrom first notification to settlement.
Youll ensure claims are processed efficiently, referred to the appropriate teams, and handled with professionalism.
Assist customers with empathy and accuracy, ensuring their claims are processed smoothly.
Handle claims from start to finish, within agreed service levels and regulatory guidelines.
Recognize fraud indicators and escalate cases accordingly.
Work alongside specialist teams, engineers, and investigators to resolve claims efficiently.
Exceptional Communication Skills Ability to simplify complex issues and provide clear solutions.
Detail-Oriented Mindset Accuracy in documentation and claims handling.
Proactive Team Player Work independently and collaborate effectively.
Problem-Solving Abilities Adapt to changing situations and respond strategically.
IT Savvy Comfortable using digital tools to manage claims effectively.
