Requirements

Must have:

- Financial services industry experience, including previous complaints or remediation activities - Experience in writing final response letters and updating client systems - A commitment to a longer-term project, with likely extensions for successful candidates into 2027 - Ability to commute to Bracknell for onsite working

Responsibilities:

- Investigating complaints related to motor finance agreements and commission arrangements - Logging and updating systems relating to customer complaints - Drafting and issuing final response decision letters

Company:

We are an exciting project team based in Bracknell seeking experienced remediation and Complaint Handlers. This position offers a competitive salary of £165 per day, with an initial 3-month contract that may extend into 2027 for successful candidates. You will work Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on a hybrid basis, starting with onsite training followed by three days a week onsite thereafter.
