Are you a D365 specialist who loves technical problem-solving and platform optimization? We are looking for a high-impact CRM Developer to own the evolution of a sophisticated Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, focusing on high-scale automation and seamless system integrity. You will be the architect behind the scenes, ensuring this enterprise-grade CRM remains agile, modern, and high-performing.
The Role
- Lead the technical management of bi-annual Microsoft Wave Updates, proactively identifying and remediating breaking changes to maintain platform stability.
- Develop and optimize custom Plugins and integrations using Visual Studio Code to extend CRM functionality beyond the box.
- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to modernize the deployment lifecycle for the CRM estate.
- Champion data integrity by building and maintaining advanced data cleansing tooling and monitoring sophisticated Power Automate Flows.
- Monitor system health across views, dashboards, and mailboxes, acting as the subject matter expert for performance tuning and error resolution.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with hands-on mastery of the Sales, Customer Insights, and Journey modules.
- Proven experience developing coded solutions for Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET, and JavaScript within a Visual Studio environment.
- Strong proficiency in Power Platform, specifically building and troubleshooting complex Power Automate Flows and Logic Apps.
- Experience reducing technical debt through active refactoring and system optimization in a live environment.
- Familiarity with modern deployment tools and a drive to implement automated CI/CD processes for CRM solutions.
