Requirements
Must have:
- Problem-solving skills - Good communication skills - Experience with SQL - Familiarity with Jira (desirable) - Ability to perform basic code reading - Experience using Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for over a thousand users across 60 offices - Assist with bespoke systems developed in the latest Microsoft technologies - Identify urgent and critical support requests and ensure manager has oversight - Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues - Gain exposure to various systems used by the Foxtons Group, including CRM, Mobile, Third Party interaction, Fleet, HR, and IT - Understand business requirements and troubleshoot issues - Communicate with the business via phone, video, email, chat, and screen sharing - Respond to approximately 150 support tickets raised every week - Work closely with a software development team and develop required skills - Raise bugs using our Jira ticketing system - Perform investigations and fix data on our SQL Server database
