We are seeking experienced Flutter Developers at both mid and senior levels to join our dynamic team supporting a prominent UK investment platform. This is a remote role initially contracted for three months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. As a Flutter Developer, you will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining a large-scale mobile application that serves thousands of users. Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality, performant, and reliable mobile features that provide an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA specialists, and backend engineers to deliver features that meet business requirements and technical standards.

• *Qualifications
• Proven hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, test, and deploy mobile applications to production.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and best coding practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as unit, widget, and integration testing, along with automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.

• Design, develop, and support robust Flutter applications that are used in live production environments.
• Take ownership of specific features, from initial development through to deployment and post-launch support.
• Implement comprehensive testing practices including unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure app stability and quality.
• Optimize app performance, scalability, and maintainability through best coding practices and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work with QA and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience and adherence to design specifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, including CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies.
