Requirements
Must have:
- We are looking for an ambitious full stack software engineer who can build software from scratch and iterate quickly.
- We need strong technical skills across the full stack, primarily with Python and TypeScript.
- We expect experience with RESTful APIs, including FastAPI, React, and web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
- We value experience with LLMs and agentic AI.
- We are looking for someone with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit who is curious and eager to learn.
- We need someone who is comfortable working in a start-up environment and with unstructured situations.
- We want a collaborative engineer with strong communication skills.
- We require a degree, with a minimum 2.1 BSc from a top-tier university; Computer Science or a closely related discipline is preferred, and MSc or PhD study is likely.
Responsibilities:
- We want you to take ownership of the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications.
- You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and backend services through to frontend development, CI/CD, and deployment on Azure.
- You will collaborate closely with our founding team to influence technical direction and solve complex engineering challenges.
- You will help establish the engineering practices that will support our future growth.
- You will work primarily with Python and TypeScript to build innovative products that solve real-world problems.
- You will use AI technologies as part of product development.
- You will have a hands-on role with autonomy and direct influence on product decisions, architecture, and engineering culture.
