• *About The Role**

We are seeking a talented Front End React Developer to join our vibrant team based in North West London. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing engaging, user-friendly interfaces for our financial software products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality, reusable React components following established workflows, particularly Redux and RTK. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into functional, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for front-end development, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable code. • *Qualifications
• Proven experience in JavaScript development with a strong understanding of DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles.
• Experience working with TypeScript to enhance code quality and maintainability.
• Knowledge of state management libraries, particularly Redux and RTK, with RTK Query being a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens.
• Understanding of modern front-end build tools and pipelines, including GitHub Actions, Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Experience with front-end performance optimization and benchmarking.
• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with React Native is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Build reusable and scalable front-end components and libraries for future projects.
• Translate wireframes and design prototypes into high-quality, functional code.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

• Maintain and improve existing codebases, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
