About The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our small, agile development team based in Folkestone. Despite the title, this role primarily emphasizes front-end development, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy working on live websites, translating innovative designs into functional production code, and enhancing website performance post-launch. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a live e-commerce platform where your contributions will directly influence user experience, site speed, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of responsive websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience working within a .NET MVC environment, particularly with C#.
• Familiarity with translating Figma or similar design prototypes into responsive code.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Transform Figma design prototypes into clean, responsive, and production-ready front-end code within a .NET MVC framework.
• Develop and enhance features on the live e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Optimize website performance, including page load speed, responsiveness, and mobile usability.
• Collaborate closely with designers, internal stakeholders, and backend developers to translate concepts into functional features.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
• Take ownership of your work, including ongoing maintenance and iterative improvements based on user data and feedback.
