Additionally, it streamlines the marketing process by automating scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking for posts, saving users valuable time.The Mission You will be the "Guardian of the Platform." Your goal is to manage, maintain, and iterate on trendmind.co, ensuring that our LinkedIn Authority Engine is fast, beautiful, and intelligently powered. This is not a "shadowing" role; you will own the frontend polish, backend stability, and AI integrations.Key Responsibilities - Web Management: Maintain and optimize the full stack (Frontend, Backend, and Database) of TrendMind.
• UI/UX Polish: Check site for design, responsiveness, and user journey micro-annoyances.
• AI Integration: Work with Python-based AI modules (LLM integrations) to ensure the LinkedIn post generation logic is high-quality and reliable.
• Bug Squashing: Actively monitor the dev environment for broken links, console errors, and deployment bottlenecks.
• Documentation: Maintain a clean codebase and document new features or API endpoints.
• *Requirements - Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in React.js (or similar) and Tailwind CSS. You must have an "eye for design"—if a button is off by 2px, you should notice it.
• Python Power: Strong understanding of Python for backend logic and interacting with AI APIs (OpenAI/LangChain).
• Full-Stack Awareness: Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control (GitHub).
• Startup Mindset:** You don't wait for a 10-page brief. You see a problem, you draft a fix, and you push a PR.

Pay: £33,216.24-£86,697.84 per year
