About The Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and React to join our client’s team on a remote basis within the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting proof-of-concept development within a secure public sector environment, contributing to innovative solutions that meet stringent security standards.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, develop robust applications, and collaborate with a dynamic technical team to deliver impactful results. The position requires active SC clearance and sole UK nationality, with a focus on rapid development and validation of secure technical solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and relevant experience, including:

• Proven expertise in Python development, with a solid understanding of back-end programming
• Hands-on experience with React for front-end development and building responsive user interfaces
• Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative development
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases and data management
• Experience developing proof-of-concept applications in secure or sensitive environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Additionally, candidates must meet security requirements, including holding an active SC clearance, being a sole UK national, and possessing a valid UK passport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver proof-of-concept applications that demonstrate new technical solutions
• Design and implement full stack features, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces utilizing React
• Develop robust back-end functionalities using Python, adhering to security and performance standards
• Manage and maintain code repositories using Git, ensuring version control and collaboration best practices
• Work with SQL databases to manage data storage, retrieval, and manipulation
• Participate actively in an agile team environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and collaborative problem-solving
• Ensure all development work complies with security protocols and organizational standards
