Requirements
Must have:
- Full Stack development experience with Python and Go - Proficiency in Django, Flutter (or React), and databases (PostgreSQL) - Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures - Experience with Greenfield projects in fast-paced environments, preferably in start-up or scale-up settings - Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn new technologies, including AI tools such as Claude - Degree educated in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline, achieving a 2.1 or above from a top-tier university
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features and enhancements as the company scales from 250,000 users to millions - Take ownership of Greenfield projects across the full software development lifecycle - Work with a range of technologies from Python and Go on the backend to Django and Flutter on the frontend - Transition the system architecture from monolith to microservices within an AWS cloud environment - Collaborate with team members in the North London office 3-4 days a week
