CandourMid-Level Full Stack Developer | £40k–£50k | Hybrid A growing UK-based digital business is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join their small, ambitious team as they transition from an agency model into a scalable software platform.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple projects and industries (especially manufacturing and product-led businesses).
No two days will look the same.
Building and maintaining full stack web applications
Working across internal platforms and client systems
Developing with PHP (Laravel) and
Translating real-world processes into smart digital tools
Collaborating in a close-knit, agile team
Commercial experience across multiple projects / clients
Strong PHP (Laravel) and experience
Comfortable working across different systems and priorities
SQL, Git, and modern development workflows
Agency or multi-project background preferred
Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or physical products
£40k–£50k salary, with option to increase after 6 months
