The Role

• Lead the development of production-ready, mission-critical platforms using C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern Angular frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with clients in a consultancy capacity to transform early-stage concepts into robust, scalable software solutions.
• Design and implement secure back-end architectures with a focus on clean code, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Manage complex data environments across SQL Server and PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and high availability.
• Drive engineering excellence by implementing holistic testing strategies, including comprehensive unit and integration testing.

What You'll Need

• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET 8 (ASP.NET Core) with a strong back-end engineering focus.
• Proven experience delivering front-end features using modern Angular versions and associated state management tools.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud ecosystems, specifically deploying and managing applications within Azure or AWS.
• A background in regulated industries such as FinTech, RegTech, or Financial Services where compliance and security are paramount.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate technical conversations with stakeholders and non-technical clients.
