Full Stack Engineer

The Role

• Design, develop, and enhance modern SaaS applications in collaboration with Product Owners
• Build scalable, high-quality software and contribute throughout the Agile development lifecycle
• Work in an evolving agentic development environment, leveraging AI to accelerate delivery
• Take ownership of architecture, quality, security, and technical decision-making
• Define technical solutions, write clear specifications, and review AI-generated code
• Help establish engineering best practices across the team

What You'll Need

• Strong full-stack development experience with C# .Net and modern front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript / TypeScript)
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools
• Ability to write effective specifications and prompts, confidently reviewing AI-generated code
• Genuine interest in applying AI to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high engineering standards
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including architecture, testing, code quality, and Agile delivery
• Analytical problem solver thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments
