We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to join Searchability NS&D in London. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic, security-focused environment where your technical expertise and leadership skills will directly impact critical government projects. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for guiding a small team of engineers while remaining actively involved in the hands-on development of secure, high-performance applications.

Your role encompasses the entire software development lifecycle—from designing architecture and implementing solutions to deploying and continuously improving systems—ensuring compliance with stringent security and performance standards. • Active SC Clearance or eligibility and willingness to undergo the clearance process.
• Strong proficiency in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot framework.
• Proven experience in delivering full-stack solutions, including modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
