Full Stack .NET Developer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Contract Software Developer to join our team in the communications sector. This is an immediate requirement for someone to work closely with our Lead Developer to manage a bottleneck of product improvements and feature enhancements for our suite of web and mobile applications, which serve thousands of global users per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using .NET C# and SQL

Work on both existing product maintenance and new application development

Implement data-driven solutions and assist with light data engineering and analytics tasks

Work on API integrations

Utilise Blazor and Razor frameworks for web development

Contribute to full-stack engineering projects

Work with AWS, as well as SQL Server and MySQL databases

Collaborate with our test environments to ensure product quality

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong proficiency in .NET C# development

Experience with SQL and database management

Familiarity with statistics and data-driven approaches

Knowledge of Blazor, Razor, and .NET MAUI frameworks

Full-stack engineering capabilities

Ability to work independently

Additional Information:

This is initially a 3-6 month contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The immediate 3-6 month requirement can be carried out fully remotely from anywhere in the UK. For a longer-term, permanent role - we would require someone to work at least 3 days / week from our offices in Cambridge, UK.

Must be comfortable working on adult-oriented content

Technical assessment will be part of the interview process

We're looking for a solid mid-level developer who can hit the ground running and help increase our product development capacity and flow.

The ideal candidate will be able to balance maintaining existing applications while also contributing to new development projects.
