• *About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from our South East / London office combined with remote work. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling a high-availability, data-intensive platform used by leading retail brands. Your focus will be on shaping the architecture of our backend and frontend systems, working with complex datasets, and delivering real-time dashboards and visualizations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Commercial stakeholders to ensure our platform meets the evolving needs of the retail industry.

• *Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience working with React and Redux for frontend development.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in SaaS or data-intensive platforms is highly desirable.
• *Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Koa framework.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries and database schemas to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Develop intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces with React and Redux, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Implement real-time data visualization dashboards and advanced visualizations for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers and data teams to define technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring the platform’s scalability, security, and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Automate deployment processes and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software releases.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
