Full Stack Software Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- We are looking for experience in backend and full-stack development.

• We value familiarity with bot platforms, conversational AI, or NLP tooling.
• We require agile delivery and sprint management skills.
• We need proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript or TypeScript, and Vue.js, React, or equivalent.
• We are looking for experience with backend technologies such as Laravel/PHP and Python FastAPI.
• We require experience using AWS, including ECS, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, and Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• We value experience with version control using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented with a commitment to product quality.
• We need strong proactive problem-solving skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• We are offering a full-time permanent position.
• We are considering candidates able to work office-based in Guildford or Cardiff.

Responsibilities:

- We will expect you to deliver product features on time, to specification, and to a high quality standard.

• We will rely on you to manage the product backlog and contribute to prioritization discussions.
• We will ask you to oversee architecture, scalability, and long-term sustainability of our solutions.
• We will expect you to manage technical debt and support system performance.
• We will have you spearhead the delivery and quality of our customer-facing, frontend-driven bot experiences.
• We will expect you to ensure our experiences are performant, intuitive, and help drive customer adoption.

This is a full-time permanent, office-based role in our Guildford or Cardiff office, within our Product Development team on the Beanies Stream.
