Infrastructure Cloud Engineer (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to join our growing technology team. This hybrid role combines remote working with occasional on-site support, focusing on delivering and maintaining high-performing, secure infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and cloud platforms

• Manage cloud services, identity, and endpoint solutions

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across systems and networks

• Support hardware deployments for both internal users and customer environments

• Maintain system performance, availability, and security

• Contribute to documentation, continuous improvement, and technical innovation

• Participate in an on-call rota for critical support

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior or 3rd line technical role

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, and systems administration

• Experience with enterprise environments and infrastructure support

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused mindset

Desirable:

• Relevant certifications (cloud, networking, or systems)
