Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience in a senior or 3rd line technical role - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, and systems administration - Experience with enterprise environments and infrastructure support - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused mindset - Relevant certifications (cloud, networking, or systems)
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and cloud platforms - Manage cloud services, identity, and endpoint solutions - Troubleshoot complex technical issues across systems and networks - Support hardware deployments for both internal users and customer environments - Maintain system performance, availability, and security - Contribute to documentation, continuous improvement, and technical innovation - Participate in an on-call rota for critical support
