Intermediate Java Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- 1 years of experience in a technical engineering role - Bachelors or postgraduate degree in a relevant field from a strong university - Solid Computer Science fundamentals - Experience working in cloud environments (AWS or other major platforms) - Extensive Java experience, ideally including Spring Boot (nice-to-have) - Background in fintech, trading systems, or high-stakes production environments (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities:

- Develop tools, reports, and data feeds to meet the needs of trading, operations, and risk teams - Take ownership of software quality - Collaborate closely with Heads of Business and front-office teams to implement and maintain critical systems - Contribute to company-wide technology initiatives, supporting business and operational goals as they evolve
