IT Infrastructure Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- Detailed knowledge of Windows server environments - Experience with networking protocols and infrastructure - Familiarity with virtualization technologies - Strong problem-solving skills - Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) preferred

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and networks - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members on system upgrades and improvements - Provide technical support to internal users - Document systems and processes for future reference
